Litigation Paralegal

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - flexible, as needed in office). Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 (DOE). Schedule: 35-hour work week (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a well-established law firm in Chicago to identify an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy and growing litigation team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative environment working closely with attorneys on a variety of complex matters. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from case inception through trial Assist with drafting, cite-checking, and fact-checking briefs (Bluebook required) Manage and organize case files, documents, and discovery materials Coordinate document review and production, including use of eDiscovery platforms Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness materials Handle state and federal court filings as needed Communicate with attorneys, clients, and vendors while maintaining confidentiality Qualifications 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Law firm experience required Strong experience with both state and federal court filings Trial preparation experience preferred (open to partial exposure for strong candidates) Experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity strongly preferred) Familiarity with Bluebook citation Paralegal certificate preferred Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
