Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, patient-centered care in assisted living and home health settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises, mobility, and functional activities.
- Conduct home health visits throughout the greater Jacksonville area.
- Document patient care and progress accurately.
- Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life.
Requirements:
- Current Florida PTA license or eligibility.
- New graduates are welcome - training is available.
- Prior home health experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be comfortable traveling for home health visits.
- Jacksonville-area candidates willing to travel to Yulee are preferred.
