Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
• Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and rebuilds using manuals and blueprints
• Conduct routine maintenance to minimize downtime
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Experience working with production or manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $25/hr.+, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
