Injection Mold Operator - Opportunity in the Mentor area
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Hours: 2nd Shift Monday- Friday, 3:30 pm- 12:00 am.
Must be able to train on 1st shift for a few weeks and move to 2nd shift

What You'll Be Doing:

Master the Machines: Set up and operate ceramic injection machines with precision and skill.
Follow the Blueprint: Comprehend and execute both written and verbal instructions to perfection.
Record Like a Pro: Keep accurate and detailed records to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Measure with Precision: Use calipers and micrometers to achieve the highest level of accuracy in your work.
Tooling Expertise: Operate and maintain injection tooling to keep production at its best.
Inspect for Quality: Perform visual inspections of cores and tooling to guarantee top-notch quality.
Load with Care: Load cores into saggers and setter blocks according to precise instructions.
Maintain Excellence: Ensure core cure fixtures, setters, burn fixtures, and core dies are maintained for optimal operation.
Track & Trace: Maintain product traceability, ensuring all steps are accounted for and nothing slips through the cracks.
