Sales Representative – Base Salary + Commission & Bonuses

As a Sales Representative at JWiz, you'll connect with business owners, introduce them to advertising and marketing solutions, and help them discover opportunities to grow their businesses. You'll communicate with prospective clients over the phone and in person, schedule appointments, present solutions, and develop lasting professional relationships.

No extensive sales experience is required. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and support you need to develop your skills and succeed.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to prospective business clients by phone to introduce JWiz's marketing and advertising services.
• Build relationships with business owners and identify their business needs.
• Schedule appointments and conduct client meetings, both virtually and in person.
• Present marketing solutions and explain how they can help businesses grow.
• Follow up with prospective clients, answer questions, and help turn opportunities into sales.
• Manage appointments, emails, and client communications using basic computer tools and platforms such as Zoom.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while continuously improving your skills.

• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset and a desire to succeed.
• Comfort communicating with clients over the phone and face to face.
• Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling, and video conferencing.
• A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new sales skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
