This role includes assisting with new business quoting, managing renewals, processing policy changes, and handling ongoing client service needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information and prepare submissions for new business quotes.
• Follow up with carriers and underwriters on quotes and outstanding items.
• Manage renewals for assigned accounts from start to completion.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and client service requests.
• Respond to broker and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Review policies and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.
• Stay on top of deadlines, open items, and follow-ups.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and escalate issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; agency management system experience is a plus.
