Personal Care Assistant

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Behavior Based Personal Care Assistants to provide school-based services for a local school district in Lansdale, PA. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:45amam to 2:45pm, time may vary so must have flexibility. This is working with a high school transition class with students ranging 14-21 years of age. Must have behavior based experience working with school age children. Perks We offer competitive rates. School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community that a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and to be successful. Lending Library: Kelly Pediatric Therapy recognizes the additional expenses in providing evaluation for materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapist to borrow as needed. Responsibilities Assist teachersin implementing behavioral programming. Collecting data on all programming and write progress notes. Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, decision making, and effective time management skills through daily documentation.
