What This Role Is All About As a Production Technician, you are a key part of the cultivation operation. You support the processing of plants after harvest, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance throughout trimming, drying, curing, and packaging preparation. Your goal is to produce consistent, high quality finished product while following all compliance and operational standards. Is This You? You are someone who notices the little things and takes pride in getting them right You like staying busy and being part of a fast paced environment You naturally keep things clean, organized, and efficient You enjoy hands on work and don't mind repetitive tasks You take ownership and follow through without needing constant direction If you are reading this thinking yep that is me, keep going What You Will Be Doing Supporting Post Harvest Processing Assist with trimming, bucking, and processing harvested plants Handle product carefully to maintain quality standards Support drying and curing processes Maintaining Clean and Compliant Work Spaces Clean and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment regularly Follow all state compliance and internal SOPs Help maintain a safe and organized work environment Assisting with Packaging Preparation Prepare product for packaging according to company standards Weigh, label, and organize product accurately Ensure consistency and quality across all finished goods Supporting Inventory and Accuracy Track product movement and update systems as needed Assist with counts and ensure accuracy in reporting Follow processes to maintain compliance with state systems Being a Strong Teammate Maintain a positive and respectful environment Step in where needed and support the team Help create a workplace people enjoy being part of Total Compensation & Benefits Base Pay $21.00 per hour Approximately 40 hours per week Estimated annual base pay of $43,680 Benefits Health insurance with 50 percent company contribution $62 per month Dental insurance with 50 percent company contribution $13 per month Vision insurance fully covered by the company $4 per month Paid time off of 56 hours annually is (accrued), approximately, $1344 Sick time off of 40 hours annually is (accrued), approximately, $960 Estimated Total Compensation Approximately $46,644 per Year What We Are Looking For Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment Attention to detail and reliability Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods Ability to follow processes and maintain compliance Meets all state requirements to work in a cultivation facility Why Shangri-La We are growing and there is real opportunity to grow with us Clear expectations and structured operations A team that works hard, supports each other, and keeps things real Equal Opportunity Employer Shangri-La is an equal opportunity employer.
