Production Associate I

A growing outdoor activity company located in Cornelius, NC. We handcraft kid-safe archery sets designed to spark adventure, creativity, and outdoor play. Our team is upbeat, hardworking, and committed to creating quality products that bring joy to kids and parents alike.

Position: Production & Shipping Associate

Location: Cornelius, NC

Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30am-5:00pm

Availability: Full-time and part-time

What You'll Do:

Complete daily production tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).

Assist with product assembly and packaging.

Support the shipping department to ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.

Keep materials and work areas clean and organized; assisting with monitoring inventory levels.

Receive deliveries and help restock supplies.

Work as part of a small, supportive team that values reliability, positivity, and teamwork.
