House Manager

Title: House Manager Salary: $140,000 p.a. - $190,000 p.a. Start: ASAP Tiger Recruitment is working with a UHNWF based in New York, who is looking for a tech‑savvy House Manager to help navigate their busy life. This role straddles supporting their busy personal life as well as executive assistant needs as both principals have their own investment businesses. All candidates must be very detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and very familiar with vendor management. They are looking for candidates who have supported principals who have worked in finance. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage principals' calendars, scheduling calls and appointments, whether professional or personal. Research and make travel, restaurant, or entertainment bookings. Manage collections such as art, wine, or cars. Source items, from ordering supplies on Amazon to researching products to finding the rare. Help plan parties & events. Recruit, interview, on board, and guide household and administrative employees (under principals' supervision). Oversee property management of primary and secondary residences, including finding and booking services & contractors, and possibly overseeing renovations. Coordinate household moves and processes with real estate agents. Organize financial and tax information and professional firms, and complete routine forms. Occasionally, to set up principals. Maintain CRM for one principal. WHO YOU ARE College Degree required. Strong attention to detail & accuracy. Organizational skills. Project Management software. Research skills. Self sufficient.
