Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview We are hiring for Palm Beach & Martin County . Project Brilliance is a BCBA owned ABA therapy company committed to providing the best quality, ethical, and most innovative ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum and other related developmental disabilities, while striving to set a standard of care in the field. We are looking for professional, outgoing, energetic and caring candidates with experience to work 1:1 with young children to meet and surpass their goals. Project Brilliance holds a 3-year accreditation with BHCOE and is seeking dedicated, passionate, and qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. BCBA staff will provide services to children in the home, community, and center-based settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early intervention behavior analysis, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children on the autism spectrum and other related developmental disabilities. Salary negotiable based on experience.
