Remote Helpdesk Technician - Active Directory & IT Support

Proton Dealership IT, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to be the first point of contact for customers and guide them through troubleshooting over the phone and via ticketing. Roles include resolving hardware and software issues, documenting steps, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Remote, 8am-5pm/9am-6pm/2pm-11pm EST shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
