Practice Highlights

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine
• Collaborative care model with 3 APPs + experienced physician team

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 36-patient facing hours
• Telemedicine available
• Minimal phone/ call requirement (?1 week/year, unlikely to be called)
• Flexibility for 4-day work week model

Compensation & Benefits

• $300K guaranteed salary
• Signing bonus for practicing physicians
• Commencement bonus for resident physicians
• Up to 10% quality bonus once transitioned to wRVU productivity model
• Up to $100K student loan repayment
• $4,000 CME annually
• Malpractice with tail coverage
• Full benefits + retirement (401k, Roth, 457b)
• PTO: 20 days + 6 holidays + 5 CME days

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
