Leasing Specialist: Occupancy Driver & Resident Advocate

You will handle tours, applications, and move-in packages while maintaining show units and ensuring move-in readiness with the maintenance team. The role requires strong customer service, sales aptitude, and the ability to implement local marketing plans.
