HR Generalist II

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks an HR Generalist II to support North America commercial teams through engagement and retention programs, HR operations management, and leadership enablement. This fully remote role involves coordinating stay/exit interviews, managing HR metrics, sustaining core programs, and enabling manager capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and synthesize stay and exit interview programs to surface engagement and retention opportunities
• Coordinate monthly HR operations metrics, ops boards, and talent action insights for leadership review
• Partner with HRBPs to translate themes into practical countermeasures and track execution
• Sustain critical HR tools and onboarding systems including Enboarder and Workday transactions
• Coordinate leadership training logistics and deliver monthly micro-learning sessions to managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Background across multiple HR disciplines: employee relations, learning & development, talent management, recruiting
• Analytical skills and experience with data dashboards for risk identification and decision support
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically
• Experience in matrixed HR environments with shared services and business partners (preferred)
• Demonstrated background in LEAN, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 base, eligible for incentive pay
