Role Responsibilities - What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and advanced testing in the clinical laboratory-fields like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to stringent protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results through diligent analysis, resolving discrepancies, and performing regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for various tests as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, mentor incoming staff or interns, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and secure working environment while meeting all regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health discipline, along with eligibility for ASCP/AMT certification.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification for the duration of your employment.
