Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

$12,000 Sign-On Bonus!!!!

The Greens at Hendersonville is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our clinical leadership team.

About the Role

As an RN/LPN Unit Manager at The Greens at Hendersonville , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit, leading, mentoring, and supporting nurses and CNAs, and ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with individualized care plans. You will also complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes with physicians and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit

• Lead, mentor, and support nurses and CNAs

• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with individualized care plans

• Complete assessments, documentation, and clinical charting accurately and timely

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and families

• Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and resident care transitions

• Promote regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Support infection prevention, quality measures, and positive clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN or LPN license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care
