Looking for qualified Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team!

Location: Arden Ridge Health and Rehabilitation

Job Type: Full Time 7am to 7pm Friday, Saturday & Sundays, or Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Major Responsibilities:

• Work with Nursing Staff - Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring adequate coverage and quality resident care.
• Direct Resident Care - Provide hands-on nursing care, ensuring residents' medical needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Resident Assessments - Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations upon admission and throughout their stay.
• Treatment Planning & Compliance - Assist in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans while ensuring adherence to resident rights and facility policies.
• Conflict Resolution & Advocacy - Address concerns from residents and families, ensuring grievances are handled professionally and effectively.
• Drive Continuous Improvement - Implement new ideas, enhance processes, and support a positive, results-driven management team .

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (preferred in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a similar setting).
• Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing superior resident care.
