Helpdesk Analyst - Entry Level
Location: Broadway, NY Position Type: Contract Rate: Doe/hr. On W2/1099 (NO C2C) US Citizen, Green Card, H4 EAD and GC EAD only
Job Description:
- Travel to various MTA locations.
- Coordinate with site contact.
- Disconnect obsolete and unused computer equipment.
- Relocate disconnected equipment.
- Remove hard drives from computers.
Qualifications Experience & Education:
- Familiarity with computer hardware and peripherals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel)
- Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
