• Number of Beds – 48 (over 3 units; 24, 12, 12)
• Number of Staff –
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift & Night Shift– 1 CNC, 4 Nurses, 4 MHTs
• Patient Ratios – 1:10
• Type of equipment – Vital sign machines, Mobilab for lab draws/urine
• EMR –Meditech
• On Call Requirement – no
• Floating Requirement – May float to our senior care unit

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Experience with de-escalation of patients with mental illness
• Adaptable in learning Meditech/documentation needs.

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Behavioral Health Experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Admission/Discharges; ongoing assessments for suicidality and safety.
• Nurse rounding to ensure all patients are safe and their needs are met.

• Team oriented RN
• Willing and able to meet patients where they are.

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

• CPI required but we can provide that class for them.
