Concrete Laborer

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are hiring Concrete Laborers to help build large concrete products used in construction. This is a physical, hands-on job in a manufacturing environment. No diploma or certifications are required, and training will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Clean and organize work areas.
• Help pour and remove concrete from forms.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Move materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist production crews as needed.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Perform general labor duties to support daily production.

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable with physical work, including bending, lifting, walking, and standing for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Schedule

• 4-day/10-hour shifts or 5-day/8-hour shifts.
• Overtime available.
• Typical workweek: 45-60 hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cressona, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.75/hr.
