Entry-Level Accounting Agent - Recent Graduates Welcome Location: Queens, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Work Arrangement: Fully onsite Salary: $52,800 (Entry) - $57,600 (several years of experience) annually Employment Type: Full-time A global logistics company is seeking a recent Accounting graduate to join its New York accounting team. No professional accounting experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting accounting operations for branch offices across the United States. Responsibilities Process check and ACH payments Verify invoices and accounting records Maintain journals and general ledger entries Review accounts receivable and bank activity Prepare bank reconciliations Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and audits Communicate with branch offices regarding accounting inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred but not required. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Basic knowledge of accounting principles Excel skills, including VLOOKUP Japanese language skills preferred for internal communication Sage experience is a plus but not required The company provides on-the-job training and opportunities to build a long-term career in accounting or explore other career paths within the organization.
