Here, youll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions./ph3About the Role/h3pWith general supervisory direction, assist in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals in the Mct Laser Cutting factory (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety)./ppWork Mode/ppAt Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week./ppYour responsibilities will include:/pulliIdentify and troubleshoot process, material, or equipment problems to minimize downtime/liliModify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures/liliRevise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product/liliWork with vendors/suppliers to procure and install tooling, fixtures, and/or equipment/liliAssist in writing validation plans, executing plans, and completing validation reports/liliAssist in Value Improvement (Vip) and Employee Involvement Team (Eit) projects, implementing new equipment or processes or improving existing ones for cost savings/liliCollect data and perform statistical analysis for process characterization, Cpk, and scrap reduction goals./liliWork with Process Development to bring new products into production/liliWork with departmental customers to improve material quality and delivery/liliTrain and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians/li/ulpRequired qualifications:/pulli2 years of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent/li/ulpPreferred qualifications:/pulliExperience with Class IV Laser systems/lili2 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment/li/ulpCompensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs./ppBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
