Production Operator Duties

• Operate specified equipment and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Load and unload materials from machines and conveyors and feed materials through equipment.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality, safety, and GMP standards.
• Perform sanitation, housekeeping, and routine cleaning of work areas.
• Accurately record production data, report downtime, and assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.

Schedule

8 hour schedules: Monday through Friday

• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. 3:15 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. 11:15 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. 7:15 a.m.

12 hours schedules: Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday alternating every other Wednesday off (must work on weekend day each week)

• 7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
• 7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.

Pay

Starting Pay: $19.00$20.00 per hour Shift Differentials are available per shift

Production Operator Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• High mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate machinery
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for long periods
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
