Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all automated equipment and assisting in the creation of report documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance. This role includes sourcing and ordering components for equipment when faults occur and developing a preventative maintenance SOP to mitigate equipment downtime.
Pay: Up to $33hr
Shift: 1st shift
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Responsibilities
- Maintain all automated equipment.
- Assist with the creation of report documentation for predictive and preventative maintenance.
- Source and order components for equipment when faults occur.
- Create preventative maintenance SOPs to predict and prevent equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility systems.
- Install air and water lines, plumbing, and welding.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance repair tasks.
Essential Skills
- Experience with electrical, hydraulics, mechanical, and pneumatics systems.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and electrical troubleshooting.
- Skilled in maintenance repair, conveyor systems, and installation.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and facilities maintenance.
- Ability to perform welding and electronics troubleshooting.
- Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance, maintenance documentation, and PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mt. Juliet, TN.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
