Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Throughout the Gardner family's ownership of Superior Trim, we have made—and continue to make—significant investments to ensure that Superior Trim has all of the appropriate technologies in‑house and available to produce cost‑competitive, high‑quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy‑duty trucks and other commercial vehicles that our customers expect. Superior Trim Tennessee is looking for a team‑oriented Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department. Sewing machine repair experience is a plus, but not required. Job Duties Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery, production equipment, and the facility. Repair equipment and tooling as necessary, coordinating with established standards. Stock and replenish parts or equipment in coordination with the purchasing department and Maintenance Manager to enable timely maintenance and repair. Maintain and improve cleanliness, organization of the plant and facility. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a production environment desired. Experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold machinery, and timing‑sensitive mechanisms preferred, but not required.
