This is not an office position — we are looking for a leader who thrives on the floor, connects with guests, supports the staff, and leads by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Our restaurant features a busy dining room, a large outdoor patio with live music throughout the summer months, and a loyal base of regular customers who expect an exceptional experience every time they walk through our doors.We already have a strong foundation in both the front and back of the house. Now we need the right leader to elevate the operation even further.Position OverviewThe Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining a high standard of hospitality, team accountability, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
