Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Oklahoma Physical Therapy License required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
• Assess student needs and develop comprehensive therapy intervention plans

• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support safe mobility within the school setting and recommend adaptive equipment as needed
