Kemper Rd. Job Id: 448 # of Openings: 1 Part Time - 20-23 hours/week Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Boutique Coordinator South to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our ministry of life-affirming services by managing the boutique operations with excellence, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a personal commitment to the philosophy of positive parenting and possess a servant’s heart, understanding how every task contributes to our mission. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily boutique activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Maintain an organized and welcoming boutique environment. Communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, volunteers, and staff. Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall ministry goals. Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of boutique items. Meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks under pressure with discipline and professionalism. Provide compassionate support and guidance aligned with positive parenting principles. Required Skills and Qualifications Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy. Strong organizational skills and well-disciplined work habits. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. Ability to work well and collaborate effectively with others.Warm, approachable demeanor and ability to work with all kinds of people.
