Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Company: Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels across all shifts. Job Summary The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating nursing staff to meet resident care needs in compliance with federal and state regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to staffing challenges. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily and monthly nursing/STNA schedules Keep track of holiday rotations and ensure adequate coverage Prepare and distribute BIPPA daily Secure coverage for open shifts and respond to staffing shortages, including stepping in when necessary Monitor staff attendance, call‑offs, and timekeeping, and report to the Director of Nursing (DON) Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling and conducting interviews Communicate staffing needs and updates to the DON and Assistant DON Ensure compliance with all healthcare staffing policies and procedures Qualifications Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a scheduling role within a healthcare setting is required Experience with ONSHIFT is preferred Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities About the Role As a Staffing Coordinator at Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will be a key member of our leadership team, helping to ensure that our residents receive the compassionate care they deserve.
