Education: Technical degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field Mandatory Minimum 2 years in quality assurance, preferably in fragrance, food, or chemical industries Knowledge of ISO 9001 and HACCP and GMP standards Interview Process: Teams then possible in Person Key Responsibilities Conduct Gemba walks throughout the production process to verify that fragrance batches meet specifications. This includes testing at various production stages (e.g., during mixing, before packing, HACCP). Support nonconformance investigations (Z3, Z1, Z5). Monitor overdue actions in the IMS and support document management control Review documentation, analytical data, product specifications, and process changes/deviations before product release to ensure compliance with defined specifications. Address and resolve any concerns or discrepancies. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product quality, trends, and challenges related to fragrance production. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, working collaboratively with operational units to ensure compliance and conduct comprehensive evaluations for investigations and process enhancements.
