Community Home Health AideSuffolk Area: Bayport, Bellport, Patchogue, Medford, Holtsville, & Holbrook.The Community Home Health Aide, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, is responsible for providing personal care that assists the patient/caregiver in the achievement of optimal physical and emotional comfort within the patient's home setting.Schedule:5x 8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating WeekendsBenefits:Great healthcare benefitsEducation reimbursement of $5,250 annuallyAdditional compensation for visits over your caseloadRequirements:Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health Aide requiredMust possess a valid NY State Home Health Aide CertificationMust have a current, valid New York State driver's license and a car in working orderThe ideal candidate will have a prior Home Health Aide experience and will demonstrate basic understanding and commitment to the hospice concept of care for the terminally ill.Salary Range: USD $19.50 - USD $20.50 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
