Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake has partnered with a locally owned company in Hugo, MN that specializes in the building and repair of wood pallets . They are currently hiring for a General Labor position.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day. You’ll be part of a friendly, welcoming team where hard work is valued and consistency is rewarded. • Competitive Pay : Earn $20.00 per hour , with opportunities for retention bonuses and monetary production incentives
• Consistent Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (No weekends!)

• Pay Frequency : Weekly paychecks every Friday

• Build and repair wooden pallets using hand and power tools
• Operate nail guns , hammers, and saws safely and efficiently
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Sort, stack, and organize pallet materials
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in a dusty manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks
• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience using nail guns required
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment
• Steel-toed boots required
• Construction, concrete/masonry, roofing, or similar hands-on experience is a plus
• Spanish and English speakers are encouraged to apply
