You’ll be: Conduct thorough inspections of a variety of products and processes during manufacturing and receiving. Accurately prepare and maintain inspection documentation and reports. Identify and classify components, ensuring proper tooling and serviceability. Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to resolve anomalies and recommend improvements. Maintain workflow flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Requirements: Proven experience inspecting electronic parts and components (minimum 1 year). Competency with inspection tools such as multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, and microscopes. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings—especially for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Effective recordkeeping and documentation capabilities. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed. Physically able to perform bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, and walking during inspection activities. U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required for regulatory compliance. Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of IPC standards (such as IPC-J-STD 610, 620, or 001). Capability to evaluate workload and manage competing priorities. Proactive problem-solving and risk identification skills.
