Simulation Software Sales Rep - Industrial Equipment / Energy / Infrastructure

Role Description & Responsibilities Our SIMULIA Sales team is looking for a Sales Executive . The location for this position is flexible, but preferred to be in Eastern or Central Time zone. The SIMULIA Sales Executive will identify and close new business opportunities to increase the SIMULIA footprint. This role will sell value and strategic vision to secure customer commitment on a long-term business transformation. Communicate SIMULIA value directly by taking a bottom-up and/or top-down approach Generate growth in sales priority areas defined by sales initiatives as determined by SIMULIA Brand / Industries Extend sales reach to SIMULIA industry domains and segments other than those in primary scope by involving company ecosystem as appropriate Create and develop high value and trusted relationships with Customer’s Champions and facilitate access to Customer’s Executives Transform Marketing and Sales leads into opportunities Create and manage the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the 3DS processes to achieve revenue plan Manage the negotiation with the customer while complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, company policies and ethical standards for doing business Provide an accurate forecast for rolling quarters and fiscal year Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required 6+ years’ experience in consultative simulation sales including forecasting, implementing strategies Experience in the Industrial Equipment/Infrastructure/Energy Industry highly preferred Experience closing business in white space strongly preferred Effective Relationship BuildingSkills Effective Presentation Skills Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal Ability to Travel up to 40%
