Inspections Fulfillment Associate

If you enjoy keeping projects moving and partnering closely with vendors, working in our Field Services department could be a great fit! What You’ll Do Own fulfillment tasks for both vendor and client submissions, ensuring every order is taken care of quickly and efficiently. Stay connected with vendor partners via phone and email to track progress, share updates, and keep tasks on schedule Assign or re-assign vendors based off of project quality and time to complete Document actions thoughtfully and thoroughly within our client systems What You Bring Experience in vendor management (mortgage or real estate experience is a strong plus) Strong written and verbal communication skills, you’re clear, concise, and professional A proactive mindset, you don’t just complete assigned work, you look for what needs attention next Attention to detail and a sense of accountability for your work Why SingleSource At SingleSource, we value both the work and the people doing it.
