I'm working closely with an AmLaw 50 Firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Austin office .

OVERVIEW

• CRAVATH BASE + CRAVATH BONUS
• 2-3 years of real estate experience preferred
• Experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, development projects, distressed debt investments, and commercial leasing matters preferred
• Strong law firm training, client service skills, and academic credentials required

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate practice handling sophisticated real estate capital markets and private equity transactions across a wide range of industries and asset classes.

The team advises investors, developers, sponsors, lenders, and institutional clients on complex acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, development matters, distressed debt investments, and commercial leasing transactions. Associates work on high-profile matters while partnering closely with attorneys across multiple market-leading practices, including energy, infrastructure, public finance, and restructuring.

The ideal candidate will bring strong real estate experience, excellent drafting and client service skills, and a desire to build a long-term practice within one of the most innovative and collaborative platforms in the market.
