• Shift: Day shifts only
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours

• Experience: Typically requires experience; not suitable for new graduates

What You'll Do:

• Deliver anesthesia care for a diverse range of inpatient surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff
• Conduct preoperative assessments and patient education
• Safely administer anesthetics and monitor patient vital signs throughout surgeries
• Respond effectively to patient emergencies in a high-acuity environment
• Document all patient care accurately in Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

What You Need:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
• Michigan RN license (or eligible to obtain)
• Proven experience in anesthesia care (not open to new grads)

• Experience in a trauma or OR environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
