What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient status intraoperatively
• Respond promptly to on-call needs, within 1 hour and with a 2-hour callback window
• Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and anesthesia teams
• Document patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Support staffing requirements in a high-acuity environment
• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and standards

What You Need

• Michigan RN license
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a hospital setting

• Experience in trauma or emergency environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
