About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Applied AI Strategy and Business Planning. This senior professional will play a pivotal role in the enterprise AI transformation, acting as a strategic and execution-oriented partner to the VP, Head of Applied AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive communications, operating rhythm, and organizational effectiveness, as well as leading transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing high-quality presentation materials, managing the operating cadence, driving the priority-setting process, and coordinating special projects. The role demands a strong collaborator with exceptional executive communication skills, the ability to manage complex tasks, and a technical fluency in AI and related concepts. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in business operations, strategy and planning, or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree required and an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in AI, data science, software engineering, or related technical fields, and experience in supporting senior executive leadership. Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. The role also requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders, fast-moving deadlines, and a strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions. Technical fluency and curiosity in AI and related concepts are a must, as is the ability to translate complex technical work into business-relevant narratives and operating plans.
