About the Role
The Company is seeking a CEO Office Operations Leader to serve as the operational backbone of the CEO office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational effectiveness of the Executive Committee, facilitating strategic conversations, and managing special internal programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business reviews, maintaining action tracking mechanisms, and leading the design of governance processes. Additionally, the role involves driving strategic discussions for executive meetings and establishing frameworks that enhance execution and accountability across leadership teams. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related field, with a strong educational background. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional executive presence, advanced business and financial acumen, and a deep understanding of technology industry trends. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives, managing executive stakeholder relationships, and sponsoring continuous improvement initiatives.
