Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in Shawnee, OK. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company.
Continuously seek feedback to improve processes and strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a relevant industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
