Job Description Project Superintendent (Mfg) Medical - Dental - Vision - 401K w/Match - Paid Holidays - Paid Time Off Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a conducive work environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in general construction, structural steel processes and welding.
- Work independently and collaboratively, with strong blueprint reading skills.
- Monitor and enhance employee productivity through coaching and feedback.
- Maintain accurate employee time records and submit daily production reports.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing schedules to meet deadlines.
- Review drawings for production feasibility and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Utilize hands-on approach with 90% of time spent on the production floor.
- Adaptability to varying heat and noise levels, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
