Project Superintendent (Mfg)
Medical - Dental - Vision - 401K w/Match - Paid Holidays - Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:

Prioritize safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a conducive work environment.
Demonstrate expertise in general construction, structural steel processes and welding.
Work independently and collaboratively, with strong blueprint reading skills.
Monitor and enhance employee productivity through coaching and feedback.
Maintain accurate employee time records and submit daily production reports.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing schedules to meet deadlines.
Review drawings for production feasibility and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Utilize hands-on approach with 90% of time spent on the production floor.

Job Requirements:

Adaptability to varying heat and noise levels, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
