Revit Technical Lead (Architectural / Production Lead)

Role/Responsibilities Lead production across multiple projects and ensure sets are coordinated and buildable Take projects from early design through full Construction Documents without gaps Work directly in Revit to clean up drawings and keep teams on track Apply and reinforce established BDG and client standards across all projects Set up projects correctly from the start including model structure, sheets, and coordination approach Coordinate and maintain models and drawing sets with consultants throughout the life of the project Maintain model health and coordination across all active projects Reduce rework between DD, CDs, and the field Perform and enforce QA/QC reviews to ensure complete, coordinated, and permit-ready sets Support RFIs, submittals, and AHJ responses to maintain continuity into construction Support production teams through the full project lifecycle from early design through construction Train and mentor staff so they understand what they’re doing, not just drafting Execute work at a high level while mentoring and guiding the team Set expectations for quality, ownership, and follow-through Qualifications 8-12+ years of architectural experience Strong Revit proficiency and comfortable producing work daily Proven ability to produce full Construction Document sets from start to finish Ability to work within and uphold established standards and workflows Advanced understanding of how all disciplines interact and how construction documents are produced Strong understanding of coordination and how buildings go together Ability to lead, mentor, and hold a team accountable Software / Tools Required: AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Forma Plus: Procore, Smartsheet, Bluepeer Any use of AI tools to improve workflow or production Experience working within prototype or program-based environments Coordination experience with civil, MEP, and landscape teams Education Completion of professional architecture degree program preferred Benefits BDG Architects offers a comprehensive benefit package with options for health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, annual performance bonuses, and the ability to participate in a 401K program.
