Architectural Designer/Drafter

$22 - $34 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking an Architectural Drafter for a 6-month contract-to-direct role in Tampa, FL. This position focuses on architectural interior renovations , primarily for hospitality projects, with opportunities to work on office, medical, and church projects as well.

Highlights:

Pay: $22-$34/hr (DOE), estimated $45k-$70k salary once direct
Location: Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (core hours 9-3)
Contract-to-direct hire with long-term growth potential

Key Responsibilities:

Draft architectural interior renovation drawings (hospitality focus)
Collaborate with project teams across Tampa and New York offices
Work primarily in AutoCAD, with opportunities to use Revit

Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD (3+ years of experience)
Strong drafting experience with interior renovations
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Revit experience a plus
