As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Direct Care Worker, you'll provide compassionate personal care and support to individuals who rely on you daily.Whether you're certified or have relevant skills, this opportunity allows you to grow while making a real impact. We're seeking dedicated, friendly caregivers ready to deliver top-quality, in-home assistance in accordance with each client's personalized care plan.What You'll Do:Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Assisting with personal care: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding, oral hygiene, nail care, shavingMobility support: ambulation, transferring, positioning clients in bed, using assistive devicesSupporting physical therapy plans, passive and active exercises under supervisionMonitoring and communicating changes in physical or emotional healthPerforming light housekeeping: laundry, tidying bedrooms, kitchens, and bathroomsPreparing meals (including special diets), shopping for groceries, and household suppliesMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable living environmentUsing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when appropriateDocumenting care and submitting timely reports via telephony systemWho We're Looking For: Required Qualifications:At least 18 years of ageCompletion of a formal certification program or ability to pass a skills/competency testAbility to read, write, and follow a written Plan of CareGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communicationNeat appearance and good personal hygieneDependability, reliability, and sound judgmentFriendly, patient, and respectful with a sincere interest in caring for othersAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasksMaintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulationsPreferred Qualifications:Valid driver's license, insured vehicle in good repair, and clean driving recordAbility to travel independently to clients' homes (unless exempt)Must be able to work at least two weekends per month as scheduledWhat We Offer:Bi-Weekly payFlexible scheduling - work around your lifePaid training and supportWork one-on-one in the comfort of clients' homesA chance to build meaningful relationships and make a difference every dayPhysical & Work Environment Requirements:Ability to walk, sit, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsCapable of handling high-stress situations and clear communicationReasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilitiesJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hourBenefits:403(b)Flexible schedulePaid orientationPaid time offPaid trainingWork Location: In personEmployment is contingent on the successful completion of the following clearancesPA State Police Background Check (e-PATCH)Child Abuse ClearanceFBI Background CheckMA Fraud CheckSocial Security VerificationDMV CheckNegative TB test
