Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager
HARBOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM
Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a full-time Weeknight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in the Beaumont area. The role covers admissions, discharges, pronouncements, and triage support with some assessments. Qualified candidates must be a Texas-licensed RN, with 1+ year of RN experience preferred, and hospice/home health exposure preferred.
