This position is located in our Wilmington Hospital. Our Wilmington Emergency Department houses a Level III Trauma Center and serves patients with medical, cardiac, and traumatic emergencies. Work in an Emergency Department with a helipad and aero-medical transport capabilities. The Emergency Department is a participating trauma hospital in the Delaware Trauma System. 2023 Emergency Nurses Association Lantern Award winner! Requirements BSN required or commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire. At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED required. BLS required. ALCS strongly preferred. Schedule This position is 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. or 11 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. Weekend and holiday requirements are per company practice. Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors, including skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
