Onboarding Coordinator

Job Details The Onboarding Coordinator serves as the first impression of ExactCare for prospective patients by scheduling, tracking, and monitoring assessment schedules for Onboarding Specialists. These initial calls are essential to the team's success and represent the initial consultation with the patient. Responsibilities Call prospective patients daily and schedule them for assessments with Onboarding Specialists. Handle inbound calls from patients and referral sources. Achieve daily and weekly assessment scheduling goals. Communicate effectively with patients and maintain constant contact with referral sources, Onboarding Specialists, and other internal associates. Place scheduled assessments on the Onboarding Specialist calendar. Document all calls, tasks, and appointments in Salesforce. Create a positive first impression of AnewHealth/ExactCare and the services offered. Monitor and track daily assessments, assemble marketing materials, and conduct quality assurance calls. Participate in daily team huddles, attend training sessions, and other ad-hoc meetings as needed. Embodied AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Experience: Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience. Preferred: Outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience, including cold calling. Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of sales processes, healthcare products and industry (preferred); energetic and compassionate phone skills; problem-solving ability; motivational and persuasive skills; exceptional organization and multitasking; self-starter; excellent oral, written, facilitation, and presentation skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite, Salesforce or similar software. Other: Passion to help people and enrich their lives. Physical/Mental Demands This administrative position requires hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Commute to multiple site locations within the assigned territory may be necessary. Extended hours may be required as needed. Schedule This full-time remote position requires an average of 40 hours per week and flexibility to work outside normal business hours on an ad-hoc basis.
