We're looking for a hands-on, people-focused Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you'll be stationed at one of our premier light industrial or manufacturing client sites, ensuring smooth staffing operations, supporting teammates, and building strong client relationships. This position requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to provide coverage during nights and weekends and various shifts to meet production needs and maintain strong onsite support. You'll be the key connection between our branch, the client, and the onsite workforce, helping drive performance, engagement, and safety every day. This role requires a flexible schedule to provide coverage across all shifts and represent both Ōnin and our client at hiring events and job fairs.

What You'll Do as a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor:

• Supervise daily check-ins, attendance, and scheduling to meet client production needs.
• Track time punches, maintain accurate records, and handle end-of-shift reporting.
• Build strong client relationships by proactively addressing staffing needs and resolving issues.
• Support teammates with onboarding, orientation, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, safety rules, and workplace regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and assist with investigations when needed.
• Partner with the branch team to recruit, onboard, and develop top talent.
• Manage administrative tasks, including reports and ID badge processing.
• Use creative sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Represent Ōnin and our client at job fairs and community recruiting events.

Skills and Experience:

• Flexible schedule with the ability to cover multiple shifts as needed.
• 1–3 years of experience in staffing, HR, or supervisory roles.
• Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent (English/Spanish) communication and organizational abilities.
• Tech-savvy, with G Suite and HR systems experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and staffing best practices.
